The FLIR T865 thermal imaging camera is an indispensable tool for non-contact inspection, particularly in utility and manufacturing settings. Its innovative design features a 180° rotating optical block, ensuring users can safely and comfortably assess critical electrical and mechanical equipment from various angles. Offering unmatched temperature measurements down to -40°C and boasting accuracy levels as precise as 1°C/1%, the T865 delivers consistently reliable results. The 1-Touch Level/Span contrast enhancement feature further enhances usability, while laser-assisted autofocus ensures precise focusing for highly accurate temperature measurements. For added versatility, users can pair the T865 with a FLIR FlexView dual field of view lens, allowing for seamless switching between wide-area and telephoto scanning, catering to different inspection needs. Alternatively, the option to choose a 6° FOV IR lens enables inspections on small targets from long distances, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Additionally, the on-board Inspection Route system simplifies data recording by organizing temperature data and imagery in a logical sequence. This facilitates faster troubleshooting and repair processes, ultimately maximizing efficiency and productivity in inspection tasks. The FLIR T865 is a reliable and advanced thermal imaging solution, empowering users with the tools they need to ensure the optimal performance of critical equipment.

The FLIR T865 High-Performance Thermal Imaging Camera is an exceptional predictive/preventative maintenance tool, ideal for building, electro-mechanical and manufacturing professionals. Boasting an IR resolution of 640 x 480px (307 200 pixels), a temperature measurement range of -40˚C up to 2000˚C and an accuracy of ±1˚C this thermal camera is built for streamlining inspections of critical assets.

Regular predictive maintenance can avoid power outages and shutdowns, the T865 is designed to improve visibility whether the target area is manufacturing equipment, a substation component or facility electro-mechanical systems. For use in any lighting conditions, with advanced features such as 1-Touch Level/Span contrast enhancement and laser-assisted autofocus use this high-performance thermal camera to quickly assess the thermal health of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and facility systems from any position.

With the flexible and innovative FLIR T865 IR camera, perform regular maintenance and reduce unnecessary downtime. Complete with a vibrant 4-inch colour display positioned on a 180˚ rotating lens platform, this impressive thermal camera is not only comfortable but incredibly easy to use. No matter how challenging the lighting conditions, inspectors can comfortably survey equipment for signs of failure from wherever they are to the target. Capture images overhead or low down without the need to strain thanks to the ergonomic rotating design and integrated eyepiece viewfinder. For visual images, the T865 also includes a 5MP digital camera.

Wide Range of Intuitive Features: The precise measurements of the T865 Thermal Imaging Camera are a result of the aforementioned laser-assisted autofocus and 1-Touch Level/Span tools, alongside incorporated features such as exceptional temperature accuracy. FLIR Vision Processing combines MSX, UltraMax and proprietary adaptive filtering algorithms to provide crisp and clear thermal imagery which can help in avoiding diagnostic errors. MSX technology merges visual and thermal imagery to provide more detail, while the UltraMax function increases IR resolution up to 1,228,800 pixels. Improve workflow even further with the T865 reporting features including customisable work folders, built-in voice annotation, Wi-Fi sync to the FLIR Tools App and a wireless connection to METERLiNK-enabled FLIR meters.

Utilise the Picture-in-Picture mode of the FLIR T865 to magnify specific areas of an image without sacrificing the overall FOV. A 1-8x digital zoom is complimented by a choice of 6 colour palettes and a laser pointer with a laser distance meter presented on the screen. With measurement presets such as centre spot, hot/cold spot and two user presets, the exceptional measurement accuracy of this IR camera helps you quickly gather and share vital data.

An OPTIONAL Inspection Routing module can be added to the FLIR T865 Thermal Imaging Camera to help users plan out surveys, and organise data and images in a logical sequence determined by location. Develop routes of plants or facilities and upload them to the camera using the module for streamlined inspections. Manage captured data and reporting via the removable SD card or through easy transfer to the supplied FLIR Thermal Studio Suite Pro software.

FlexView Dual FOV 14 – 24˚ Lens: The FlexView Dual FOV 14 – 24˚ Lens is a single lens that offers both 14˚ and 24˚ FOVs, replacing the need to change between two physical camera lenses to achieve each FOV. The FlexiView lens allows for FOV switching with the push of a button and a 1-second FOV toggle time, providing an efficient inspection experience and reducing the physical load for those in the field. This innovative lens retains the sleek design of other FLIR lenses, with an increased length of just 6mm. Performance in both FOVs is retained, offering full radiometric performance and image quality.

Choice of Lens: The FLIR T865 is available in seven different models as detailed in the table below, choose the right option for you from the drop-down menu. An OPTIONAL 6˚ telephoto lens is also available for accurately measuring small targets over longer distances or in large scenes.

It is important to note that the FlexView Dual FOV 14 – 24˚ Lens is a single lens that offers both 14˚ and 24˚ FOVs, not 2 individual lenses.
