AYK-250 VTOL
The highly efficient long-endurance tail-pushed vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) Foxtech AYK-250 is intended for long-range mapping, surveillance, and inspection tasks. It can achieve 3.5 hours of endurance with a 1.2 kg payload.
The Foxtech AYK-250 uses an integrated molding method with carbon fiber, which makes the entire body lightweight and strong. Its smooth surface and aerodynamic shape also guarantee low air resistance.
The quick-detach design of the drone’s cable connector and fuselage allows for rapid and simple construction. The detachable tail design, in particular, offers the benefits of easier transportation and volume reduction. It is also handy to load various duty equipment inside the detachable cargo compartment.
A DGPS version of the AYK-250 is available that uses two GPS modules to eliminate the need for compass calibration and to provide GPS for yaw and greater locating accuracy. The DGPS version also supports the propeller-direction-auto-lock function, which fixes in the air in fixed-wing mode to reduce wind resistance.
Long-range and steady flight characteristics allow the AYK-250 VTOL to be used for mapping, surveying, and inspection tasks. It can be equipped with a variety of gimbal or mapping cameras, including Foxtech 10x/30x zoom cameras, 3DM-V3, Argus V2 oblique cameras, and MS600 multispectral cameras, among others.
With an 8 km radio/data transmission range, the Foxtech MS600 multispectral camera and DA16S+ radio controller included in the mapping combo AYK-250 VTOL can be utilized for resource research, monitoring crop conditions and water quality, and other applications.
The AYK-250 VTOL, which is outfitted with a SEEKER-30 TR 30X zoom camera and a T30S dual-screen ground control station with a 15km range for RC, data, and video transmission, is suitable for long-range inspection applications in the energy, public security, and border defense sectors.
