Smart Couplant Dispenser

The Elios 3 UT Payload includes a remotely operated couplant dispenser integrated with the probe to ensure optimal ultrasound transmission by applying the precise amount of couplant. Operators can monitor couplant levels in real-time via the Cockpit interface and easily return for a refill or replace the dispenser’s syringe when necessary, maintaining efficiency during inspections.

The Elios 3 UT Payload comes with a versatile set of probe hoods and interchangeable twin crystal piezo-composite probes, available in 2 MHz, 5 MHz, or 7.5 MHz frequencies. These probes are ideal for inspecting corroded metals and feature Echo-Echo mode to penetrate up to 1mm (0.040 inches) of surface coating, ensuring accurate readings in challenging conditions. This modular system allows for flexible measurement across various surface types, enhancing the adaptability and efficiency of inspections.
