Step 4: Receive Repair Estimate
Our experts will assess your drone and provide a detailed repair quote . We ensure transparency and clear communication throughout the process.
Step 5: Approve the Repair and Repair
Review the repair quote and confirm if you’d like to proceed with the repair ️. No work will start without your approval.
Step 6: Collection
Once repaired, your drone will be ready to fly again! You can pick it up or opt for delivery, depending on your convenience

How our Drone repair service works
We pride ourselves on our ability to restore your damaged Phantom, Mavic or Spark in a timely fashion and provide reasonable prices. Our service includes a complete inspection of your aircraft to determine any issues and needed fixes. Once the inspection is complete our technical team will contact you and give you an estimate of repair cost and needed parts. If you approve the repairs, we will complete them and also update all firmware, re-calibrate your drone, and test fly it before returning it back to you. Our top priorities are to ensure our customers with excellent customer service, impeccable product quality, and innovative thinking.
Drone Repair Terms & Conditions
Estimates and Approvals
- Upon receipt of the drone, our expert team at Xboom will conduct an initial assessment to diagnose the issues. Based on this analysis, a formal repair estimate will be provided to the customer for approval. No repair work will begin without explicit customer approval.
- An inspection fee of Rs. 1,999 must be paid by the customer prior to the commencement of the inspection. This fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of the diagnostic process only, not any subsequent repair work.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must remove all personal data and accessories from their drones before submission for repair.
- Customers must disclose any previous repairs or modifications made to the drones.
Pricing and Payment
- The total bill must be cleared before the product is handed over to the customer.
- Xboom reserves the right to retain the product until all payments are fully cleared.
Repair Process and Timeline
- Products submitted for repair are thoroughly assessed by Xboom experts, who strive to resolve issues promptly.
- Delays may occur if necessary spare parts are unavailable. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed of the expected delay and kept updated.
Warranty
- Repairs include a one-month warranty from the date of handover. This warranty applies only to the replaced component and does not cover issues with other parts.
- The warranty will be void if the product is damaged post-repair in a way that affects the integrity of the repaired component.
Non-Collection Penalty
- Repaired drones must be collected within 7 days of repair completion notification.
- A penalty of Rs. 100 per day will be levied for each additional day the drone remains uncollected.
