  3. Product Drop-off/Shipment: You have the option to ship your drone to us or drop it off at our repair centers located in Bengaluru or Delhi.
  4. Receive Repair Estimate: Our experts will assess your drone and provide a final quote for the repair. We ensure transparency and detailed communication throughout the diagnostic process.
  5. Approve the Repair: Review the repair quote and confirm if you would like to proceed with the repair. No work will commence without your approval.
  6. Repair and Collection: Once repaired, your drone is ready to fly again! You can pick it up or opt for delivery, depending on your convenience.

How our Drone repair service works

We pride ourselves on our ability to restore your damaged Phantom, Mavic or Spark in a timely fashion and provide reasonable prices. Our service includes a complete inspection of your aircraft to determine any issues and needed fixes. Once the inspection is complete our technical team will contact you and give you an estimate of repair cost and needed parts. If you approve the repairs, we will complete them and also update all firmware, re-calibrate your drone, and test fly it before returning it back to you. Our top priorities are to ensure our customers with excellent customer service, impeccable product quality, and innovative thinking.

Drone Repair Terms & Conditions 

  1. Estimates and Approvals

      A. Upon receipt of the drone, our expert team at Xboom will conduct an initial assessment to diagnose the issues. Based on this analysis, a formal repair estimate will be provided to the customer for approval. It’s important to note that no repair work will begin without explicit approval from the customer.

      B. An inspection fee of Rs. 1,999 is required to be paid by the customer prior to the commencement of the inspection. This fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of the diagnostic process only, not any subsequent repair work.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

      A. Customers are required to remove all personal data and accessories from drones before submission for repair.

      B. The customer needs to disclose any previous repairs or modifications made to the drones.

  1. Pricing and Payment:
    -The total bill needs to be cleared before the product is handed over to the customer, Xboom has the rights to keep the product until the payments are cleared.
  1. Repair Process and Timeline:
    -The products submitted for repair are thoroughly assessed by Xboom experts, who strive to provide a quick resolution to all issues. However, delays may occur if there is an issue with the availability of necessary spare parts. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed about the expected delay and updated as the situation progresses.
  1. Warranty:
    -After the completion of repairs, Xboom offers a one-month warranty from the date of handover. This warranty is specifically limited to the replaced component and does not cover any other issues that may arise with different components of the product.

– Please note that this warranty will be void if the product is damaged post-repair in any way that affects the integrity of the repaired component.

Non Collection Penalty:
Drones repaired by Xboom must be collected within 7 days following notification of the completion of repairs. If the drone is not collected within this timeframe, a penalty of Rs. 100 per day will be levied for each day the drone remains uncollected.
